We are an online platform/shop and we only sell our products and pieces online.
Please note that if you find a product claiming to be ours in a physical store it might be false, in that case, we always recommend buying directly from our online store or contacting us here: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your order has been placed we will check we have all the information needed for it to be shipped. In case we are lacking some important details or information for delivering your package, we will contact you as soon as possible.
During the checkout of your order you will have to choose your preferred payment method. We are currently offering PayPal or Credit/Debit Card through Stripe.
After the purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase and shipping information.

We ship from Monday to Friday.
If your order comes from within the EU you will have it in 3 to 4 working days.
If your order comes from outside the EU you will get it in 5 to 7 working days.
You will get a tracking number as soon as we have shipped your package. Please follow the indications facilitated by the carrier.
In case of a delayed delivery, contact the carrier (MRW or DHL, depending on where you are located) and us if they’re not solving the problem.
We do not take responsibility for any lost packages by the carrier.
The majority of our pieces are handmade by the artists. So please note that some of them won’t be possible to return once you’ve completed placing your order.
